Q: Can i cancel my order after ordering?
A: We do not accept cancellation after an order have been placed, however we can always discuss on how your orders can be arrange to you, etc. Do contact us via Whatsapps us! for discussion.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery fee of SGD9 is chargeable for island wide delivery in Singapore.
The delivery fee of SGD9 is only for One location/group/day.
(Deliveries exclude Jurong island, Tuas & Sentosa, please write to us should you require delivery to such location at Sales@Caferui.com).
Q: Is there any minimum order for free delivery?
A: Free delivery for orders amounting above $80, do note that free delivery will only be to one location/group/day. Hence do make sure to only select one group/delivery date for your orders.
Q: What time will my orders be delivered?
A: Your orders will be delivered to your shipping address, a rough indication is provided when you choose the dates/item your are ordering.
Please see below our regular weekly delivery:
Group 1 - Friday (5pm-10pm)
Group 2 - Thursday (5pm-10pm)
Group 3 - Wednesday (10am-10pm)
Group 4 - Saturday (10am-10pm)
Q: What happen if the delivery fails due to incorrect address?
A: A reschedule of delivery will have to be arranged with a nominal charge of SGD9 (As this cost is back to back passed to the driver).
Q: If i am not home during the delivery what will happen?
A: Upon the driver arrival, he will make attempt to call the receiver, and leave the orders in a safe place. If the shipping address is a open area (in example a landed property) then the driver is unable to leave the tarts in the open area as the hot weather will affect the tarts. Hence a reschedule of delivery will be applicable with a nominal fee of SGD9 to apply.
Q: Can i self-collect my orders?
A: At the moment, we only offer delivery of orders and do not have self-collection. In future we will explore in having self-collection being one of the alternatives!
Q: How long can i keep the tarts?
A: Our products are all freshly baked daily with no preservatives added. Due to our humid weather, products with no preservatives added may get mouldy.
Please store in a cool and dry place, avoid storing places with direct sunlight.
Once opened, please consume within seven days for freshness or store in fridge (4 deg c).
Q: The items i want is out of stock, when will it re-stock?
A: To ensure the quality and freshness of the product that we are selling, our bakes are prepared and baked on a daily basis. We release pre-order slot periodically so do keep a lookout at our page!
